FEW NEW FACILITIES WILL BE BUILT AND THOSE THAT ARE WILL MEET LONG-TERM NEEDS, in particular for the inhabitants of the département of Seine-Saint-Denis. This département is one of the poorest in France, where sports infrastucture and housing are in very short supply. The Games will thus leave a useful legacy.
